1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Folad Sisters Fresh Fish website and services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
2. Products and pricing
Seafood is a natural product: weights are approximate and final charges are based on actual packed weight, which may vary by up to 10% from the quantity ordered. Prices are updated daily and include VAT where applicable. Minimum order quantities apply to some products.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for cash on delivery and approved business accounts, once we confirm availability). We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil to our freshness standard.
4. Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Someone must be available to receive the delivery and present the delivery code; perishable goods left uncollected after a failed delivery may be forfeited. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Freshness guarantee and refunds
If you are not satisfied with the freshness of any item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund it. Because our products are perishable, we cannot otherwise accept returns.
6. Business and supplier accounts
Wholesale pricing, credit terms and supplier arrangements are subject to separate approval and may be varied or withdrawn. Invoices are payable within the agreed terms; overdue accounts may be suspended.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned.
