How Folad Sisters Fresh Fish collects, uses and protects your information.
1. Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, place an order or contact support: your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses and order history. Business and supplier accounts may also provide company details and registration documents. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp, provide customer support, improve our products and, where you have opted in, send marketing about new arrivals and offers. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the people who deliver our service: our delivery drivers see your name, address and phone number for your delivery; our payment provider processes your payment; our messaging providers send your notifications. All partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Data retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
5. Security
Your data is stored with role-based access controls and row-level security. Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs, and administrative actions are audit-logged.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
